NOVEMBER, EMLEY MOOR 

autumn trees 

fray into a 

one-ness of sky, 

and with it 

words, 

breath 

dissolve 

ALMOST TWO HAIKU 

through the foliage 

dawnlight 

seeds morning 

and later 

the sun 

welds pylons 

to the sky
